A CE course in Reno made me rethink my glove sizing for good

Went to a hands-on splinting workshop last month and the instructor pointed out I was wearing one size too big, said my grip was slipping on the tools. Has anyone else had to adjust their glove size after years of just grabbing whatever fit?
