Last summer in Austin I found a tiny magnetic GPS tracker under my rear bumper. I started checking my car every Friday after that, just a quick sweep of the wheel wells and undercarriage. It only takes a minute but it gives you real peace of mind. Never found another one, but I'm glad I looked.
