Hit 500 tire changes on the same 737 this month, that felt weird
Honestly, I was just logging my work order and saw the number. 500 tire changes on one bird in 30 days, guess that's what happens when you're the only night shift guy at a regional hub in Denver. Most of them were routine wear, but about 40 of those came from a bad batch of runway debris after a storm last week. The milestone got me thinking, how many cycles do you guys see before a set actually fails, not just hits the wear limit? Has anyone else tracked a number like that and gotten surprised?

Man, 500 in a month is wild. We had a stretch like that on our 757s after a gravel storm and I swear we were swapping rubber every other night, most of them looked fine until you checked the cords. My record was 412 on one tail and I still get a little twitchy when I see that number pop up in the system.
