My brother-in-law said air fryer chicken wings are always dry...

We were at his place in Springfield for the game last month, and he pulled out a frozen bag of wings to toss in his oven. I offered to do them in my air fryer instead, and he just shook his head and said, "Nah, those things always suck the moisture right out, you get hockey pucks." I did a batch anyway with a simple baking powder rub, cooked at 400 for about 22 minutes, shaking them halfway. They came out crispy outside and totally juicy inside, and he ate like fifteen of them. Has anyone else had to prove the air fryer can actually keep things moist?

Read that too high heat can actually make the outside burn before the inside cooks right.

Ever tried lowering the temp and cooking it longer? I do mine at 375 and just give it more time, checking the inside with a thermometer.
