My air fryer chicken wings turned into a smoky mess last night
I was in my kitchen in Austin and the fat from a full pound of wings dripped down and started smoking after 15 minutes. Has anyone found a good drip tray hack for wings?

Try a layer of foil under the rack?

Try a layer of foil" is the kind of simple hack @river_bailey2 suggests that actually works. It catches all the drips so you don't have to scrub the pan later. My oven thanks you for saving it from another burnt-on mess.
