Took 3 weeks to realize my AI sales bot was just repeating the same call script

I kept tweaking prompts for my email outreach bot and saw zero improvement. Then I noticed it was pulling the same 4 sentences from an old template I wrote in March. Anyone else find their 'smart' tools are just regurgitating their own bad habits?
