So my AI wrote a marketing email that was way too honest about our product's flaws

Oh wow, I totally get that. I used to think you had to hide every single flaw. But then I saw a company just straight up say their app was slow to load but super secure, and it made me trust them way more. I mean, it's kind of a relief when something is just honest.

Actually, that kind of honesty could be a huge advantage. People are tired of fake marketing. If you admit a product is bulky but lasts forever, or has a basic look but is super easy to use, you build real trust. Look at some car ads that talk about good gas mileage instead of luxury, or software that admits a learning curve for more power. It filters for the right customers who value what you actually offer.

My buddy's AI wrote a product description that called the design "kind of ugly but functional." It was painfully accurate. They had to rewrite the whole thing.
