Rant: Stop feeding AI the same sales copy you've always used

The problem is they're pasting in old landing page text and expecting magic. Three months in I switched from marketing speak to raw chat logs and the difference was night and day. The AI started catching phrases my customers actually use which made the copy feel way more natural. It also cut down on that weird robotic tone because it was learning from real people not some corporate rewrite. Give it a shot with just your last 50 support tickets and see what happens.
