I had to pick a tool for a small cafe in Portland that needed daily posts. The choice was Jasper for speed or building a custom GPT with their menu and voice. I went with the custom GPT, feeding it their specials and old posts. After a month, their engagement went up 40% because the posts felt more real. Anyone else try a custom GPT for a local business like that?
