A client asked me why my AI chatbot sounded like a used car salesman

Last Friday a realtor in Austin pulled up my funnel and said the AI follow up text made her sound desperate, and honestly she was right. I built the bot to push hard for a consultation but it ignored all the context of her previous convo with the lead. Has anyone else had an AI tool kill the trust you built with a prospect before the first call?
