I've actually run both on my truck. MPT is super fun if you want a really aggressive pedal feel and hard shifts, but for daily driving and hauling, I much prefer 5 Star Tuning . Their shift points feel a lot more natural when you're loaded down, and the transmission doesn't constantly hunt for gears on the highway.
