Wind flipped my sketchbook into a puddle mid-tour

I was going through my pages outside when a breeze sent it flying. Most of my recent drawings are now soggy and smeared.

Your sketchbook flying into a puddle shows how quick things can go wrong when you least expect it. I notice this pattern a lot where one random event can undo a bunch of careful work. Makes you wonder why we bother making nice things when they can be ruined so easily.

Honestly @the_michael, that random wreckage happens with everything we build, which is kinda why building anything matters at all.

But what if the wreckage is what makes building things matter? I used to hate when my work got messed up, but this idea actually changed my mind.
