Honestly, calling it a game changer seems like a stretch. Tbh, when my group tried a hike, the physical effort just made everyone focus on breathing, not talking. Those quiet moments felt even more awkward surrounded by trees and no office noise. Ngl, it just turned the silence into this heavy thing we all noticed.
