My volcano stakeout ended with zero lava because the thing just would NOT erupt

I sat there for WEEKS and the only thing that erupted was my patience.

My friend saved for two years to go to this fancy restaurant, then lost it over a wrong drink order. All that waiting just made the small mistake feel huge. Maybe we build up the big moments so much that normal life has no room left for error.

Ever notice how we save up all our patience for the big, flashy events... and then the daily stuff is what really burns us out? Like waiting forever for a concert or a trip, but snapping because the coffee maker is slow one morning. Maybe the lava is just in the wrong places.
