My ink mixing jar cracked during a late night session

I was blending a batch of my 'Midnight Moss' green last Thursday, a 50/50 mix of a dark teal and a brown. The small glass jar I use for testing, just a cleaned out jam jar, must have had a tiny flaw. I heard a faint pop and saw a hairline crack appear right as I was adding the final drops of surfactant. I had to quickly pour everything into a plastic cup to save the ink. Has anyone found a good source for small, thick-walled glass vials that can handle a bit of stirring?

Ugh, that's the worst. I've lost a good mix to a cheap jar cracking before. Honestly, I just use those little glass spice jars now, the ones with the metal lids. They're way tougher.
