Just realized my lunch menu was missing a key item

I was talking to a regular customer named Dave last Tuesday, and he told me he stopped coming in because I never had a simple garden salad on the menu. I thought my wraps and bowls covered that, but he wanted something lighter with just veggies. That conversation made me add a $6 basic salad option the next day and now I'm seeing more repeat customers.

That "simple garden salad" thing hits home, I started offering a plain grilled chicken breast option for like $7 and it brought in so many people who just wanted a lighter meal. Sometimes we overthink menus and miss the basics customers actually want. Adding that one cheap item made a bigger difference than any fancy special I ever ran.

Last Tuesday I had three different people ask if I could just throw lettuce and some tomatoes in a bowl and call it a day lol. @ivanlewis you're totally right, sometimes the simplest stuff is what brings people back because they know exactly what they're getting.
