I was setting my post hole digger wrong for years

It hit me last Tuesday on a job in Springfield. I was fighting this heavy clay soil, and my helper just asked, 'Why do you keep the handles so close together?' I always held them tight, thinking it gave me more control. He showed me how to spread them wider, almost like you're opening a big book. The difference was crazy. I went from needing three tries per hole to getting it clean in one go. Has anyone else found a small change like that that saved a ton of time?

Classic. I bet you were using twice the energy for half the result. It's always the simple stuff that gets you, like finding out you've been opening a paint can with a screwdriver for a decade when the actual tool is right there.

Wait, you've been using a screwdriver for paint cans this whole time? That's wild, skylerg17. I can practically hear the metal screeching and see the lid bending. There's a proper tool for that, it costs like three bucks. You're making a simple job way harder on yourself.
