I'm not convinced about the new microcurrent device everyone's raving about

I tried the LunaPro facial tool last week after seeing so many positive reviews, and it actually made my client's skin red and blotchy for two days. I followed the protocol exactly, so I'm thinking maybe the intensity settings are just too strong for sensitive skin types. Has anyone else had a bad reaction with this specific tool?

Oh man, that reminds me of a weird rash I got from a "soothing" sheet mask. Sometimes the HYPE is just wrong for your skin.
