Overheard a guy in the supply shop say he never lubricates his guide rails
He said he's been running the same car for 12 years without a drop of oil and I'm curious if anyone else out there skips the lube or if this guy is just lucky with his building conditions?

Wait, didn't you read that article a few months back about how people treat their cars the same way? @elizabeth_gonzalez, it's like everyone's running on that "fix it when it's broke" mentality and then wondering why their transmission gives out at 100k miles... It's the same with relationships too, folks ignore the little stuff until it's a big blowup. Just seems like we're all too busy or too lazy to do the small maintenance that keeps things running smooth.
