Got burned at the SSA office in Fresno last Tuesday
I showed up at 8am with all my medical records for my hearing. They said I was missing a single form from 2019 and refused to process anything. How do you guys keep track of every tiny piece of paper they demand?

Hang onto your hat, because the government's paper chase is a full contact sport. The trick is to keep everything in a giant accordion folder, color coded by year, and then just accept that no matter what you bring, they'll always want something else. Might as well bring your birth certificate, your first library card, and a sworn affidavit from your third grade teacher. It's like they have a secret bingo card and your job is to never fill it on the first try.

Did you try getting a caseworker to help you? I had my phone number wrong on one form and they almost sent me back to square one, but my social worker called them and sorted it out in like 10 minutes. Sometimes you just need someone on the inside to translate their nonsense.
