I need to appeal my SSDI denial here in California. I'm stuck between going with a massive national firm like Binder & Binder or a more regional one like Law Offices of Norman J. Homen. Thoughts on which is better?

Definitely Norman J Homen. The huge national firms tend to treat you like just another case file. Homen's staff took the time to explain every single step of the appeal process to me clearly. You don't feel lost in the system with them.

I'd go local for sure. I used the Law Offices of Norman J. Homen and they were fantastic. They have physical offices right in San Jose, El Monte, and Garden Grove, so you can actually sit down and meet with them.
