Scam risk or just bad luck? Unaccredited firm burned my $400 order
Ordered a degree package from a place called Keystone Credentials back in March, paid $400 up front. They sent a PDF that looked fine on screen, but when an employer in Austin did the verification check, it came back as invalid. I know some people swear by these services for personal use, but is there any way to tell if a provider is legit before you hand over cash, or is every one of them a gamble? Has anyone else had a verification fail and managed to get a refund?
