Always double check what your diploma service actually sends

I tried one of those online diploma printing services last month for a certificate I needed for a job fair booth. The site looked professional and even had a chat rep who promised rush delivery in 5 days. I paid $89 and got a PDF three days later, but the school logo was pixelated and the signature line had the wrong font. When I called to ask for a fix, they blamed my computer and offered a $15 discount on a reorder. I asked for a refund and they stopped answering my emails. Has anyone else run into diploma services that send a low quality file, and do you have a company that actually sends a clean proof before you pay?
