That $800 tablet display was a scam, here is what caught it

Bought a refurbished 22 inch drawing screen off an auction site in Dayton last month. The colors looked perfect in the store lighting, but once I got it home the grays had a green tint you could spot from across the room. A cheap Spyder calibration tool proved the factory settings were way off, so I sent it back and got a refund in 6 days. Has anyone else dealt with fake color profiles on used gear?
