I compared drawing with a mouse vs a cheap tablet, and the tablet won by a mile
I used to draw all my digital art with just a mouse. It was slow and my lines always looked shaky and jagged. Then my friend gave me an old Wacom tablet he wasn't using anymore. The first thing I noticed was how much faster I could work. I finished a full character sketch in 45 minutes instead of 3 hours. The pressure sensitivity made my lines look smooth and natural, like real pencil strokes. My shading improved too because I could control how hard I pressed. Has anyone else made the switch from mouse to tablet? What was your experience like?
