I finally found out why my Target app Circle offers kept vanishing, and it was my own fault

For weeks I would clip the 20 percent off offers in the app, get to the register in Columbus, and watch them drop off before I could pay. I finally sat down and read the fine print last Tuesday, and it turns out the app auto-unclips anything you do not use within 24 hours of clipping it, plus a few of the offers only work if you scan your barcode first. Now I clip everything the second I walk in the door instead of the night before, and I stacked three offers on a $46 cart down to $19. Has anyone figured out if the paper mailers stack with the in-app ones, or do they cancel each other out?
