That 1980s map of Texas with the extra panhandle is back on eBay

I saw this same error map listed three times since last Thursday, seller keeps calling it a rare misprint. It's got the panhandle stretching clear up to Kansas, which NO Texas map ever did back then. I emailed them the Library of Congress link and they flagged me as a problem customer. Has anyone else seen this specific fake floating around the antique circuit again?
