A guy at a flea market in Tulsa sold me a 1952 map of Europe and pointed at one country with his thumb
He said he liked this one because the border for Poland is drawn about 60 miles off from where it should be, and he wanted it to go to somebody who would actually notice. I paid $9 for it and it's still the best thing in my folder. Does anybody else keep the little notes sellers give you, or do you toss them?
Did you ever hear about that guy who found a map where Poland was shifted and it turned out to be a printing error that made it worth a lot? I bet that seller knew exactly what he was doing when he picked you.
