Swapped my work bag three times this month, finally settled on lighter

I used to carry this big 25L laptop bag everywhere around Austin, even for a quick trip to the coffee shop. Felt like I was hauling bricks for no reason, plus my shoulder was killing me by Friday. Last week I downsized to a 12L sling that fits my 13 inch MacBook, a small pouch, and a water bottle, and honestly I don't miss the extra space. Anyone else cut their carry way down after realizing they barely used half of it?
