Yeah, the "remind me later" loop is real. I read an article that said Microsoft actually tracks how many times people hit that button. The average is something crazy, like hitting it for two weeks straight before the update forces itself. It's because people are in the middle of work and don't want to restart right then. But then they forget, and the pop-up just comes back the next day.

Actually read that article too and it said they track the clicks but the two week thing is just an estimate. Honestly they can force it way sooner if it's a critical security update.
