Lube every switch before you solder, trust me on this one
I used to think lubing switches was a waste of time for a work board, figured factory grease was fine. Then I built my second board with Gateron clears and left them stock, and the scratchy sound drove me nuts for 3 months straight. I finally pulled apart a single switch, hand-lubed it, and put it back in the spacebar spot, and the difference was night and day. Now I spend an extra 2 hours per build coating every stem and housing, and I've never regretted it once. Has anyone else skipped lubing to save time and then had to redo the whole board later?
