TIL privilege logs are the step I kept skipping for years

I used to just produce documents and hope the other side didn't push on privilege claims, but after a magistrate in Delaware fined us $7,500 for sloppy logging, I finally built the spreadsheet with dates, authors, and waiver flags. Now I update it every Friday before the status call, takes me 20 minutes instead of a frantic all-nighter. Any litigators here use software instead of plain Excel for that?
