Caught off guard: Meeting the other side's expert witness at a concert

Was at a show last week and spotted their expert in the crowd. We got stuck beside each other and had to keep it casual, but it was super uncomfortable. How do you deal with running into case people in public?

That "super uncomfortable" spot you were in sounds awful. My move is to keep the chat light and totally away from work. Most times, you can just get through it and leave.

Actually @jamieknight, sometimes you can't avoid work chat at those things.
