The back issue market in Portland just flipped overnight, check your longboxes

I was at a shop in Portland yesterday and a dealer told me a 1992 X-Men issue I own for cover price is now listed at $180 on eBay because of some movie rumor that leaked at 2am. He said the whole speculator wave is hitting old 90s runs first, so if you've got a stack of those, maybe scan them this week. Anyone else seeing sudden price jumps on books you thought were worthless?
