My 40th batch finally cracked the ratio I'd been chasing for months
Hit 40 batches on my kitchen counter last Tuesday and realized my 1:7 ratio with a 20 hour steep at room temp was the ONLY thing that got that smooth chocolate note I keep buying beans for, so what numbers finally clicked for the rest of you?
