My grinder burr got clogged mid pour over on Saturday, and a $4 bamboo skewer saved my whole batch

I was making a 22 gram V60 for my sister in my kitchen in Portland when the grind suddenly went from sandy to powder, so I took the top off, scraped the burrs with a skewer, and pulled a decent cup 40 seconds later, but has anyone else had a hand grinder choke like that and what did you actually do to fix it for good?
