Just realized my expensive grinder was totally worth it
I dropped about $250 on a good burr grinder last month and was worried I'd wasted my cash. The difference in my morning cup is huge, way less bitter and more flavor. Anyone have tips for cleaning ceramic burrs?

Honestly that's the thing with a lot of gear, you don't know what you're missing until you try the good stuff. It's like buying good boots or a nice pan, the right tool just makes the daily grind way better. For the burrs, I just run some grindz cleaner through mine every few months, then wipe it down. Makes a big difference keeping that flavor clean.
