Changed my mind about writing everything from scratch, a rubber duck fixed my bug in 4 minutes
I always thought pulling up another person or a stuffed toy to explain code to was silly. But after staring at the same null pointer crash for 90 minutes in my Python homework, I just started talking out loud about what each line was supposed to do, and the problem was obvious by line 12. Anyone else here actually talk to themselves while coding, or am I just losing it at 2am?
