Rant: snapped a 3/8" end mill on the Okuma 3 weeks back and the setup guy just shrugged
Was running a batch of 4140 brackets at 2800 rpm when the tool grabbed and let go, and I lost the part and the holder. Any of you dealt with a lead hand who won't even glance at your feeds before blaming the operator?
