My foreman told me my coolant mix looked like weak tea

He walked by my machine last Tuesday, pointed at the sump, and said, 'That's not coolant, that's iced tea. You're asking for rust and a bad finish.' I was mixing it by eye for months. Now I use a refractometer for every batch and keep it at exactly 7%. The difference in tool life and part finish is night and day. Anyone else have a boss give them a simple tip that fixed a bad habit?
