No kidding, that same thing happened to me last year with my mill. Machine was acting all weird and I kept thinking my tools were going bad or the holders were worn out. Drove me up the wall for like two months before I noticed the floor had settled a bit and threw the whole thing out of level. Wild how something so simple can mess with your offsets that bad. You really gotta check the machine itself before you start blaming the tooling or your setup.

Oh man, that brings back a memory. A buddy of mine had the same thing happen and it turned out his machine was slowly shifting on its foundation bolts over time, not the tooling at all. He spent weeks chasing ghosts until he finally put a level on the frame and spotted the problem right away.
