Question about stretching carpet in a closet in Phoenix, it pulled up at one corner

I used a knee kicker and a power stretcher on a 4x6 closet last Thursday and the corner by the door came loose within 2 days. Is that usually a tack strip problem or did I not stretch it tight enough toward the wall?
