Walked a new build in Austin and every single stud bay had trash in it

Went to check out a friend's framing job down in Round Rock last week and I swear, every wall had soda cans, nails, and chunks of 2x4 in the bottom. I get it, we all drop stuff, but the crew just left it all in there. Now the insulation guys gotta fish that junk out or it sits there forever. Has anyone else seen this getting worse on job sites lately, or is it just the new crews?
