Grandpa's framing hammer vs. my new 21oz, and the old Stanley just sits there now

When I started framing in 2004 my grandpa handed me his old Stanley with a worn handle and I used that thing for 6 years before switching to a lighter 21oz. Last week I dug the Stanley out for a small shed job in Tacoma and after 20 minutes my elbow was barking, so back in the bag it went. Anyone else got a tool they hang onto for the memories but really can't swing all day anymore?
