PSA: finally ripped out the 2006 era coax and phone lines behind my desk and it feels like a new room
Spent about 3 hours last Saturday pulling dead cables out of the wall in my Denver place, stuff that hadn't carried a signal since I had DSL. My dad used to just coil extra cable into a neat loop and call it done, which was fine back then, but now everything is one USB-C dock and a wifi router. Anyone else dig into an old house and find a whole graveyard of wires nobody needs?
