Oh man, I feel this so hard. I killed my first snake plant in like six months because I thought they needed water every week like my other plants. Turns out I was basically drowning it and the roots just rotted away. My friend who actually knows plants told me she only waters hers like once a month in the winter and it's fine. I just got a new one and I'm basically ignoring it until it starts looking really sad. Sometimes I forget I even own it for a couple weeks and it's still kicking. Way easier than my ferns which are basically drama queens.
