The greenhouse at Fairchild was practically empty on a Saturday

I swung by Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden last Saturday expecting a crowd, but the rare plant house had maybe 6 people in it. The aroids section alone had over 200 labeled species, and nobody was even looking at them. It got me wondering, are botany lovers just not showing up to public gardens anymore, or is everyone stuck on Insta instead of seeing real leaves? Has anyone else noticed big gardens getting quieter on peak days?
