Saw a guy fix a flat under a bridge on the Burke Gilman last Tuesday, and it fixed my whole setup
I was riding home on the Burke Gilman trail near the University Bridge in Seattle last Tuesday when a guy was changing a flat in the rain with no gloves on. He had his tire levers taped to the inside of his seatpost with electrical tape, which I had never seen in 9 miles a day of commuting. I went home and taped mine there too, plus a spare tube under my saddle with a velcro strap. Last week I got a flat at mile 4 and was rolling again in 7 minutes instead of walking. What small storage tricks do you all use that don't need a fancy bag?
