My 74 year old neighbor in Tulsa saw my bench scraper and asked why I wasn't just using a butter knife
She watched me cut 3 batches of cinnamon rolls with it, then pulled out her own scraper from 1972 and said she switched back to a knife because the scraper was too wide for her hands, which got me wondering how many of us are using tools that don't actually fit the way we work.
