A client called my audit reports 'homework assignments' and that one word fixed my whole template
Back in 2019 I was sending these 20 page vendor review docs and I thought I was killing it. A procurement manager in Dallas told me my last report read like homework, and she never made it past page three. So I cut the thing down to a one page scorecard up top with just five ratings, cost, support, uptime, contract terms, and how fast they fix stuff. Whole reviews now take me an hour instead of a day. Anyone else get a wake up call that made their service reviews way shorter, or am I the only one who was overbuilding these?
